Workaround
Any user affected may simply click on the Load Defaults button on the Help > About window within pdfDocs Desktop.
Solution
An important update for this issue has been made available in pdfDocs Desktop 3.2.0.86 (available on the Customer Portal) and any subsequent versions.
For existing pdfDocs Desktop users (with a pdfDocs.ini), System Administrators will need to upgrade users to pdfDocs Desktop 3.2.0.86 or higher, then deploy the customizable server-side settings by incrementing the ServerConfigVersion.
Steps
1.     Edit the server.ini file
2.     Increment the ServerConfigVersion value.
3.     Save the server.ini file
Within the next 24 hours, existing pdfDocs Desktop users will receive a message explaining that their settings have been updated from the server.
Alternatively, to apply this to individuals only, please follow the workaround provided above.
