This is caused due to Microsoft updates which are related with office compatibility pack 2007. Only applies to following environments:      Windows 2000 Server      Microsoft Office Word 2003 SP3      Office compatibility pack 2007 Workaround Please contact DocsCorp support team (support@docscorp.com ) to provide information on a workaround.
